4.1        If you are going to upgrade the FW through the Web GUI, please make sure to:  restart the phone after the application upgrade, wait until you are back in the home page again, and then upload the Telephone Configure and restart again. See ST2030 SIP SW upgrade via Web GUI v8.txt as reference.

4.2        You are recommended to use latest version for call pick up feature. Don’t use v1.63.2 with v1.64, it doesn’t support.

4.3        Don’t use # for services if you can. Some servers don’t recognize "%23" in the Request-URI.

4.4        Have you got choppy sound?

a) Disable VAD in "Advanced –> Advanced –> Silence suppression" and try again.

b) Please configure the "Packet size" like  the server were using (Thomson phones by default is 10 ms, however many servers usually use 20 ms).

c) Be sure that "Codec priority" in ST2030 has the same order as server configuration, to avoid problems in SDP negotiation during transfers, conferences …

4.1        For VLAN, vx.65.1 restores to the same as x.62.
